User Content

You retain all rights to the data and content you input into ProfitPal. By using the app, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of ProfitPal may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ProfitPal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the app will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfitPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in content

Financial Disclaimer

ProfitPal is a tool for tracking expenses and sales. It is not a substitute for professional financial, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals regarding your specific financial situation.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law
